While many agents build their careers exclusively around residential transactions, my background spans commercial, industrial, land, and development-focused real estate, along with years of property management, contract negotiation, and deal structuring. That broader lens matters, especially when a home represents one of a seller’s most significant financial assets.
I don’t just work on getting a property sold. I focus on positioning it correctly, anticipating objections before they surface, and negotiating from a place of strength. Pricing strategy, disclosure management, buyer qualification, timing, and leverage are not afterthoughts in my process - they’re the actual work.
Before real estate and founding KNOWBL, I spent years in government affairs and fund development, navigating complex negotiations, regulatory frameworks, and high-stakes decision-making environments. That experience sharpened my ability to read the room, understand motivations, and move deals forward even when conditions aren’t straightforward. I bring that same discipline and clarity to residential listings.
